Hello! My name is Eric and I have two little shows on WTF, Jams Over Jellies and Tear It Down!, airing Sunday evenings at 6PM and 7PM, respectively.
JOJ: The main focus of Jams Over Jellies is to play an interesting mix of music that I enjoy and think others will enjoy. Sometimes the artists are obscure and underground. Sometimes they well-known, but I usually play deep tracks, not hits. Also, I usually try to play something fresh that I have just discovered at least once per week. Either way, there's only one rule: NO MUSIC SNOBS ALLOWED! Art is subjective, after all. I play many genres on this show, including rock (classic, modern, grunge, soft, hard, punk, industrial, etc), pop, indie, rap (90s mostly), blues, country, electronica, americana, folk, jazz vocal, film themes/scores, synthpop, and more. Also, every now and then I'll play some music made by my very talented and wonderful friends! Maybe a little stand-up comedy too.
TID!: The main focus of Tear It Down! is to play heavy s**t (for the most part) that will make your grandmother cry and neighbors think you're either A.) holding a UFC event in your basement or B.) committing a human sacrifice in your bathtub. All things that float about in the sea of , hard rock, heavy metal & hardcore. Mostly stuff from the 2000s, because that's when I was a teenager/in my early 20s/not fed up with the scene just yet. Some 90s and modern stuff as well. Get it? Got it? Good.
